It is located 50 km north of the city of Salto. The closest town is Villa Constitución.
It has more than 6 km of coastline on the dam that was formed with the Salto Grande dam. Like any coastal course, the rises and falls of the river affect the dynamics of the establishment. The area of use of the establishment is, most of the time, larger than that documented, since this is taken from an average elevation. The coast is characterized by coastal mountains and beautiful views towards the dam.
The area is characterized by citrus farms, livestock farms and timber forests.
The field has no fixed improvements, only the perimeter fence which is in acceptable condition.
The field is leased with a contract expiring in 2022 to people in the area and the rent is U$ 78 / ha / year. It is under livestock exploitation.
