Beach Club rules and management:
The Beach Club is exclusive to owners and their immediate families. Access requires membership and payment of membership fees. The rules govern the use of common areas and establish guidelines for conduct among members. Management is handled by a specialized team responsible for administration, maintenance, and security.
Financial details:
- Lot prices range from USD 250.00 to USD 325,000.
- In-house financing: 25% down payment plus 24 installments, at 8% annual interest (monthly: 0.65%).
- Connection fee: a one-time payment of 3% of the lot purchase price.
- Common expenses: USD 400 per month per lot once construction is complete.
- Initial reserve fund: USD 5,000 per lot, intended for extraordinary works.
- The Beach Club requires a one-time entrance fee, estimated at a maximum of USD 10,000, and monthly fees adjusted according to family composition.
Wave pool and activities:
The Wavegarden Cove® wave pool can generate more than 600 waves per hour at different levels, suitable for surfers of all abilities. Owners can access it by paying the Surfer Fee; guests must pay an additional fee.
Construction and club-use rules:
- Construction must begin within 30 months of purchasing the lot.
- Homes must be used exclusively for family purposes.
- Rentals of at least 7 days are permitted.
- Tenants have access to the amenities, except the wave pool, subject to specific exceptions.
